Instructions
Knead the flour with 50 g butter and a bit of cold water and then let it sit in the fridge 1/2 hour.
Mix together almond flour and sugar.
Roll out the dough, cut into lots of disks.
With the remaining melted butter in a small saucepan, brush the surface and sprinkle the buttered side with sugar-almond mixture.
Folded sealing edges well and FRY in hot olive oil.
Drain well and passed the advanced sugar mandorlini.

- 80 g of sugar
- 60 g of almond flour
