Instructions
Place the stale bread to soak in cold water, meanwhile, in a large Salad Bowl, pour the diced tomatoes, sliced onion, lettuce and basil.
Add to vegetables bread after having wrung her hands and crumbled.
Seasoned with Olive Oil extra-virgin, salt and vinegar.
Garnish with a few leaves of Basil.
The dish, perfect as a first in the summer, it keeps well in the refrigerator for a few days.
