Instructions

Put the meat in a saucepan, combine the onions, peeled and cut in half, half a glass of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Cover the Pan and cook for about 2 and a half hours.

When cooked, mix the onions and cooking and serving meat covered with this sauce.
