Instructions
Knead the pastry dough from bread with about 1/3 of the flour, a tablespoon of olive oil, a pinch of salt and a whole egg.
Mix well, then make a ball, put it in a bowl, cover it with a tea towel and let rise in warm place for about 2 hours.
After this time, put the dough on the work surface and add the rest of the flour, the sugar, about 40 g of oil, another egg and a tablespoon of hot water: you will have to obtain a soft dough.
Add the raisins, soaked and drained, chopped cedar and pine nuts.
You work much longer, then oblong carved sandwiches and place them, spaced slightly apart from each other, on oiled oven.
Cover plate with the dust cloth and let the rolls rise for about an hour in a warm place.
Before baking, lightly beaten egg with a beat and then toss them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
