1° day: wash and cut the lemons into slices as thin as possible; remove the seeds and let soak in cold water.
2° day: heat the water of maceration.
3° day: remove the lemon slices and put them to cook in water until the skin is soft.
Meanwhile prepare a syrup with the water and sugar; simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the lemon slices and simmer for 45 minutes.
