Meat and vegetable loaf
Instructions
Put in a bowl the three types of ground beef.
Roll them into balls along with bread soaked in milk and well wrung out, grated Parmesan, eggs, a tablespoon of chopped parsley with a pinch of thyme leaves, nutmeg and salt.
Peel the beans, carrots and courgettes; cut the last two strips and scalded the Greens for 2 3 minutes in boiling water, then drain and stendetele to dry on a towel.
Butter and coated with breadcrumbs one cake mould.
Sprinkle the ingredients in layers, alternating a layer of meat, respectively with one of green beans, carrot and one one of Zucchini; finished with the meat.
Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes and serve warm or cold, with roast sauce.

- 1100 g of mixed minced meat (pork, chicken, veal)
- 120 g of parmigiano
- 100 g of green beans
- 3 zucchini
- 3 carrots
- 3 eggs
- Butter
- Milk

- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of thyme leaves
- Nutmeg
