Instructions

Cut the Eggplant into thin slices and put them in salted water loss.

Dip in flour, then in beaten egg and bread crumbs and FRY in hot oil.

Lay them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with grated Parmesan, dip in a hot oven at 200 degrees for a few minutes to melt the cheese and serve.
