Eggplant with white beans
Instructions
Fry the Eggplant salandole well, then take the white beans, drain and crush them well with a fork.
Put the pappetta in a baking dish for microwave, sprinkle well with tomato sauce and a drizzle of olive oil.
Then put the whole thing on top of the Eggplant and add tomato sauce and a drizzle of olive oil.
25 minutes in the microwave at full power.
Then rest for 10-15 minutes.

- 2 wires of olive oil
