Instructions
Soak the cod with the skin in a pan of cold water and bring to a boil.
Counted 10 minutes from when the water starts to boil, then remove the fish and let it drain.
Remove the skin and bones and crush the pulp cod repeatedly with a fork so as to reduce it into crumbs, Peel Garlic and crushing of the fish to get mashed.
Heat a third of the oil in a pot and throw yourself through switch the fish and garlic.
Lower the heat to low and gradually add the remaining oil, mixing and mashing continuously with a wooden spoon.
Unite then drop by drop, milk (not necessarily all) until the preparation is smooth.
Try it and, if necessary, add salt, then add a ground pepper.
Serve cold cream, or at room temperature, with toasted bread croutons and rubbed with garlic.
