Instructions

Peel and slice eggplants (beautiful 16 slices); keep them in salt for 30 minutes.

Dry and brief frying on a plate covered with salt.

Slice the cheese into thin slices and place them between two slices of Eggplant.

Place at the bottom of a baking dish a bit of tomato, then the eggplant.

Drizzle with a little olive oil and cover with tomato sauce.

Go in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
