Tasty Aubergines (Melanzane Saporite)
Instructions
Mix tuna, capers, cheese, cucumbers, lemon juice, butter and parsley.
Cook eggplants wash, sliced, salted and oil sprayed onto the grid, lay them on a serving dish, polished with the mixture, guarnirle with Basil and serve.

- 2 eggplant
- 150 g of tuna in olive oil
- 2 cheese
- 20 g of capers
- 2 pickles
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
