Instructions

Peel the apples, slice them and cook them in a pan with the butter.

Pass through a sieve, put the past in a small saucepan, combine the mixture and let it dry to moderate flame.

Remove from heat, stir in the cream and pour it into a Cup.

Sprinkle with the crumbled crispy Apple cream and keep in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
