Apple Liqueur (Mele al Liquore)
Instructions
Peel the apples, slice them, put them in a bowl, sprinkle with sugar, then add the cinnamon and the vanilla, wet them with liquor and mix.
Put apples in a large bowl, place in the refrigerator for about 1 hour and serve.

- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 glass of sweet liqueur
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla
