Apples in zabaglione
Instructions
Put in a saucepan with two tablespoons of sugar and 3/4 of water, boil for 10 minutes, place apples, peeled and cored private in the syrup and cook for 20 minutes.
Prepare a zabaglione with egg yolks, remaining sugar and Marsala wine and allow it to cool.
Pour the zabaglione on apples and serve.

- 4 apples
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of marsala wine
- 2 eggs
