Instructions
Remove the peel and core the apples, cut them into thin slices and cook in a pan with the butter and sugar for a couple of minutes.
Squirt with marsala and continue cooking until the fruit is soft.
Let cool, divide apples into 4 bowls, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings and serve.
