Apples au gratin
Instructions
Peel apples, remove the core and cut them into thick slices.
Butter a baking dish and spread a third of apples.
Cover them with honey, half Walnut kernels and some butter.
Make another layer of apples, honey, walnuts and butter.
Cover with the latest Apple slices, sprinkle with lemon juice and bake in hot oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

- 4 apples
- Acacia honey
- 1 lemon
- Some flakes of butter
- 80 g of walnut kernels
