Apples in crust
Instructions
Roll out the pastry to browse to three millimeters thick and divide the ball into four large squares that you can wrap an Apple.
Peel and remove the core to apples.
A Posatene at the center of each dough square.
Sprinkle with vanilla sugar and fill the central hole with a little cream and a pinch of cinnamon.
Lift up the four corners of the dough on top of the Apple and close leaving a small opening because the steam can escape.
Brush the dough with the egg yolk diluted with a tablespoon of water.
Place the rolls on a baking tray greased with butter and cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
Serve.

- Puff pastry
- 15 cl of cream
- 1 egg yolk
- Butter
- Vanilla sugar
- Cinnamon
