Apples in pastry
Instructions
Drain the apples and remove the cores.
Fill them with jam and bind, after being sprayed with sugar in pastry.
Place in a buttered baking dish in the oven for 30 minutes.
The pastry should be just colorful.
You should not choose aqueous apples.

- Short pastry
- 1000 g of apples
- 1 cup of apricot jam
- 50 g of sugar
