Spiced apples with raisins
Instructions
Put the raisins soaked in hot water.
Wash and dry the apples and remove the core.
Drain the raisins, squeeze it and sprinkle with a teaspoon of cinnamon, half a teaspoon of ginger and a pinch of cumin.
Filled with a bit of this compound the central hole of the apples and then allineatele into a slightly greased baking dish.
Above each Apple put a butter and sprinkle again with half a glass of moscato wine.
Place the Pan in a preheated oven at 160 degrees and cook for 30 minutes.
Withdrawn from the oven, let cool apples, place them on the serving dish with their syrup.
