Drunken apples
Instructions
In a non-stick pan you skim the butter.
Add apples, simmer for a few minutes, sprinkle with sugar, wait one minute and then squirt with lemon juice.
Cook over low heat until dry cooking.
Sprayed with rum, take fire, leave flaming, turn off the flame and serve immediately.

- 60 g of butter
- 60 g of cane
- 1/2 lemon
- 4 apples cut into thin slices
- 1/2 cup of rum
