Pepper cod
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
In a nonstick pan and rather high, blow up oil, paprika and onion.
Stir frequently for about 10 minutes, adding a few teaspoons of water.
Combine the tomato sauce, bay leaf, oregano and thyme.
Cook for another 10 minutes.
Remove the bay leaf.
Lay on a baking sheet cod fillets, salt and pepper and scatter the garlic into small pieces.
Pour the freshly prepared sauce and cook for about 30 minutes.

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2 peppers cut into strips
- == 1 Onion, sliced
- 500 g of tomato sauce
- 1 leaf of laurel
- 1 tablespoon of oregano
- 1 tablespoon of thyme
- 1 1/2 pounds of fish fillets
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
