Cod with tomato
Instructions
Braise the sliced onion with oil and water.
Combine tomatoes, olives, capers, salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often.
Put fish fillets in tomato and continue cooking for about 15 minutes, turning once with a spatula.
Sprinkle with parsley and oregano.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 600 g of cod fillets
- 500 g of peeled tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons of pitted black olives into rings
- 2 tablespoons of pickled capers, drained
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped parsley
- 1 onion
- 1 pinch of oregano
