Tasty cod
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in boiling water for 30 minutes, then drain, peel them and cut them into thin slices.
Brittle nails cod and chop the parsley and garlic.
In a greased baking dish arrange layers of sliced potatoes and codfish alternating and covering each layer with a little chopped, salt, freshly ground pepper and butter flakes.
Spend it all in the oven for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile prepare the sauce: in a saucepan, melt 30 g of butter, Add flour, a pinch of salt; diluted with milk and bring to the boil and never stop turning.
Pour the bechamel sauce over the cod and place in the oven for another 15 minutes or until it will be formed on the surface of a golden crust.

- 600 g of cod soaked
- 500 g of potatoes
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 80 g of butter (or margarine)
- 30 g of flour
- 1 toe of milk
- Salt
- Freshly ground pepper
