Instructions

Drain the vegetables, toss or processing them (very fine).

Add onion, garlic, parsley and spices.

Mix, knead and let stand for a few hours.

Making of flattened balls and FRY in hot oil.

Drain and allow to dry on paper towels.

Served with tahina (sesame sauce).
