Mezze penne with zucchini and mozzarella
Instructions
Recipes suitable for young children.
Clean and slice the courgettes and cook them briefly in oil (should be just barely keep).
Boil the pasta, drain it, pour it in a pan and add the diced mozzarella.
Stir until the cheese has melted and, at this point, add the courgettes and beaten egg.
Mix well on low heat and, before serving, add the Parmesan cheese.

- 100 g of mozzarella
- 25 g of parmigiano-reggiano
- 450 g of zucchini
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
