Fusilli pasta stuffed
Instructions
Cut horizontally at the top of Fusilli pasta.
Cut into small pieces all ingredients, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with a little olive oil.
Fill with the mixture the Fusilli pasta, incappucciatela with a bit of silver paper.
Place in oven at medium heat for twenty minutes.
Serve piping hot.

- 8 small fresh fusilli pasta
- 1 mozzarella
- 50 g of smoked cheese
- 150 g of caciotta cheese, flavored fresh cheese
- 4 peeled tomatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive oil
