Maksim with greaves
Instructions
Prick the sausages and FRY in lard.
Prepare the polenta with water, brown rice, salt and cooking fat sausages.
When ready add the sausages to taps, Greaves, cheese and pepper.
Stir and transfer to a baking dish greased with lard.
Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes and serve hot.

- 500 g of corn brown
- 175 cl of water
- 100 g of greaves
- 250 g of cervellatine
- 50 g of lard
- Cheese
- Parmigiano
- Salt
- Pepper
