Banana Mille-Feuille
Instructions
Let thaw the puff pastry.
Turn on oven to 190 degrees.
Roll the dough and cut into 3 equal disks.
Place them one at a time on the oven and cook for about 10 minutes each, until it becomes Golden well.
Prepare the cream.
In a saucepan put the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla, add the flour and milk, stirring well and minding not to form lumps.
Put on the heat, bring to a boil stirring with energy when the cream thickens and cook 2 minutes.
Add the butter and let cool.
Peel the oranges and peel the cloves.
Peel bananas and cut into spruzzandole slices of lemon juice.
Put a disc of puff pastry on the serving dish, spread half cream and half fruit, stack another disk with cream and fruit and finally a last disc, that you will decorate with sprigs of cream and fruit.
Keep in a cool place until ready to serve.

- 400 g of frozen puff pastry
- 100 g of sugar
- 50 g of flour
- 4 egg yolks
- 25 g of butter
- 50 cl of milk
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 3 oranges
- 3 bananas
- 1 lemon (juice)
