Instructions
Cut the onion in thin slices, dividing into pieces the pepper, carrot and tomatoes.
Put all vegetables in saucepan with 1 chopped garlic, hot pepper Tip 1, sugar, vinegar.
Bring to a boil and cook for about an hour over low heat, stirring every so often.
