Dried beans and soup barley
Instructions
Leave to soak in cold water and beans 4 hours 1 hour barley.
Saute in a pan with 4 tablespoons of the garlic oil and chopped onion; Add the drained beans, broth and a pinch of salt.
Cook covered, at a moderate heat for 30 minutes, then add the drained orzo and continue cooking for another 40 minutes.
At the end of cooking add salt, add a tablespoon of chopped parsley, ground pepper, a drizzle of raw oil and serve.

- 220 g of pearl barley
- 200 g of dried beans
- 80 g of onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 200 cl of broth
- Olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- Minced 1 of black pepper
