Instructions

Chop the garlic and the onion, let them dry in a saucepan with oil and butter, add the veggies washed and cut into julienne strips, pepper, add the broth and cook for 10 minutes.

Add the pastina, lead to regular cooking salt, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
