All tuna
Instructions
Divide the tuna fillet into three parts and serve them as follows.
For the tartare beat knife tuna and season with oil, salt, pepper and Rosemary.
For the sandwich get Eggplant circles and one of tuna, salt and grigliarli.
For the nugget a cube of tuna wrap in phyllo dough and FRY having skewered with a skewer.
Apart from Cook the beans in a pan with oil and a base of carrot, onion and chopped celery.
Whisk in baking and serve to mirror under the golden nugget.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of fresh tuna
- 3 sundried tomatoes
- 200 g of eggplant
- 100 g of precooked beans
- 1 onion
- 1 sheet phyllo dough
- 1 carrot
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
