Quick soup
Instructions
Bring to a boil the broth.
In a bowl mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan, eggs, a rub of nutmeg, a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon parsley.
Mix well the mixture and pour it into the boiling broth.
Let it cook without stirring for 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat, stir and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 cl of meat broth
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 6 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 rub of nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
