Instructions
Add to the boiling broth previously drained corn.
Please return to boil.
Lower the heat and prepare the seasoning that you add to the soup and simmer until cornstarch thickens.
Lowered to the minimum and add two eggs summarily beaten.
Pour slowly and stir the soup quickly with chopsticks.
Turn off the heat and stir again but without allowing the eggs to stiffen.
It should be served very hot but the eggs must remain somewhat gelatinous.

- 100 cl of chicken soup
- 1 box of maize, beans
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch diluted in a little cold water
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
