Winter minestrone
Instructions
Chopped potatoes, carrots, turnips and leeks, cabbage into strips.
Chop the coasts and celery.
Put the vegetables in a pot with a litre and a half of salt water and cook over low heat for an hour.

Fill the Blender two ladles of soup, beat them and pour back into the pot, stir.
Cook for a few minutes.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil and the chopped parsley.
Accompanying wines: Grave Del Friuli Rosso "Novello" DOC, Sangiovese Di Romagna DOC (also "Novello"), Lizzano Rosso "Young" Petillant "DOC.

- 1 small savoy cabbage
- 2 leeks
- 1 rapa
- 2 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 bunch of coasts of chard
- Parsley
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
