Banana bowl
Instructions
This refreshing drink may be ideal for a summer party.
Cut the bananas into thin slices and put them in a bowl of punch with lemon juice, the arrack, brandy and grape juice.
Cover the bowl and leave to infuse for two or three hours.
Just before serving, add sparkling wine and serve the punch in ice glasses.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 2 Teaspoons = = Arrak
- 1/2 bottle of brandy
- 1 bottle of grape juice
- 2 bottles of sparkling wine
