Zucchini Soup (Minestrone di Zucchine)
Instructions
Wash the zucchini, dry them, cut them into cubes and soffriggeteli in plenty of hot oil.
Cover with boiling water, add salt and pepper and cook in covered container.

- 6 zucchini
