Veal monachine
Instructions
Add to ground beef on sliced bread soaked in milk, basil, chopped shallots, parmesan and pepper and prepare monachine.
Fry them in a pan with a little oil and, after 3-4 minutes, add the port.
Cover and leave to cook for an additional 5-6 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of minced veal
- 2 slices of bread
- 3 tablespoons of milk
- 5 leaves of basil
- 30 g of parmigiano
- 1/2 shallots
- 1/2 cup of porto wine
- Pepper
- Salt
- Olive oil
