Instructions
Water spray the slices of bread lightly rub them with garlic, then gently strizzatele, so they stay fit and strong.
Wash and dry tomatoes, cut them in half and wipe the slices of bread making gravy absorption.
Should remain only the skin of the tomato.
Wash the Basil, dry and finely tritatelo, then spread on slices of bread and afterwards also the oregano and salt.
Drizzle with olive oil and lightly fruity extra-virgin let it sit for 10 minutes and serve.

- 4 slices of stale bread of altamura
- 100 g of olive oil lightly fruity extra-virgin
- 15 typical apulian tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Some leaves of basil
- Oregano
- Salt
