Yellow mountain of risotto
Instructions
Boil 50 cl water, add nuts and pour, rain, rice.
Stir with a wooden spoon until the rice has absorbed all the broth.
Incorporate the beaten yolks with the cream, nutmeg, marsala and butter into small pieces.
Stir, then add the Parmesan cheese and let stand for 2 minutes.
Pour upstream on a serving dish and sprinkle with sieved egg yolks solid.

- 20 cl of cream
- 1 tablespoon of marsala wine
