Baby octopus with olives
Instructions
Clean the baby squid, wash them multiple times and boil them in salted water.
Drain.
In a bowl beat the lemon juice filtered with a pinch of salt and finely chopped garlic clove after having removed the spear.
Pour everything about moscardini, stir and garnish with black olives pitted.

- 100 g of black olives
- 2 lemons
- 1 clove of garlic
