Instructions
In a pan put on fire the apricot jelly, liqueur, sugar and Vanillin, Cook over low heat, stirring, until it will be formed a thick sauce.
Place on aluminum foil 4 bananas cut in half.
Lift the edges of the leaves and sprinkle bananas with sauce.
Close and move to cartocci hot oven for about 10 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 ripe bananas
- 4 tablespoons of apricot jelly
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 4 tablespoons of amaretto liqueur
