Instructions

Clean moscardini levando ink bladder and eyes.

Rinse well and throw them in boiling salted water with potatoes peeled and cut into chunks.

Add the Cork to make Rosé.

When cooked put moscardini and potatoes in the dish, drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice and salt, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
