The jamaican shrimp acrats
Instructions
Prepare a batter soda with the flour, egg yolk, olive oil and some salt 1 tablespoon lukewarm water.
Got a homogeneous mixture, put it aside for an hour or two, well covered, in a warm place.
Meanwhile, boil the prawns in salty water, with one or two-tail of porro (the green parts), the cloves, bay leaf and lemon zest.
Once cooked, drain carefully; liberateli flavourings, cut them into two or three pieces and collect them in a bowl with chopped Leek (white part only).
Take the batter and carefully fold the egg whites beaten until foamy; then mix in shrimp.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan.
Just imagine you are boiling the mixture in spoonfuls.
Wait until each ' acrat ' is gold; reach into or with a broken blade, dry it briefly on paper towels; then place it, along with the other, as they will, eventually, decorate with lemon wedges.
Serve the pancakes immediately, sprinkled with salt and pepper.
