Orange Chocolate Mousse in the microwave
Instructions
Chop the chocolate into small pieces, put it in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of water and let it melt in the microwave oven for 4 to low power.
Shelled eggs and divide the egg yolks from the whites.
Put the yolks in a bowl, add sugar and mount them with an electric mixer until mixture is Puffy, light and fluffy.
In another bowl beat the egg whites until foamy and firmly in a third Bowl, whip the cream.
Together the 3 composed in a container capable and mix them gently, stirring from the bottom to the top with a wooden spoon so that they do not unmount user.
Add little by little, stirring gently, the melted chocolate.
When you get a homogeneous compound divide it into 4 bowls, cover with plastic wrap and let cool in refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Wash well and orange, with a thin knife, made from the skin of long and thin fillets.
