White chocolate mousse (2)
Instructions
In a bowl mix the melted white chocolate, cognac and the beaten yolks, egg whites and butter.
Put the mixture into a mold and leave for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Serve with a chocolate cream melted.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of white chocolate
- 150 g of chocolate
- 15 g of melted butter
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 shot of cognac to mandarin
