Mascarpone mousse
Instructions
Whisk the sugar with the egg yolks, add the mascarpone and rum and blend.
Whip egg whites until foamy, and blend gently to crema.
Suddividetela in cups and place in refrigerator for at least an hour.
Before serving decorated with meringhette.
