Apple and plum mousse
Instructions
Bake for 15 mins apples into chunks with sugar and brandy.
Bake for 20 minutes, plums with prosecco and honey.
Pass apples to food mill, combine the whipped cream and the egg whites until foamy soda.
Put in freezer for 15 minutes and serve sprinkle poppy seeds along with plums and thin slices of pain d ' épices.

- 3 apples
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 G = = Cream
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
- 1 dram of brandy
- 200 g of pitted prunes
- 30 cl of prosecco sparkling wine
- 50 g of honey
