Ham mousse with thermomix
Instructions
Chops ham: 10 seconds to 10 seconds then 3 speed to 9 speed.
Combine the remaining ingredients and blend 1 minute 1 and speed 30 seconds at speed 7.
Pour the mixture into a mold lined with plastic wrap and let chill in refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving and pull out.
Ingredients and dosing for 8 persons
- 250 g of ham
- 25 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 5 cl of milk
- 100 g of soft butter
- Salt
