Mozzarella with tomato
Instructions
Blanch and Peel tomatoes.
Cut them into pieces and put them in a pan with oil, garlic and anchovy fillets cut into small pieces.
Cook over high heat for a few minutes then join a big catch of oregano.
Cut the mozzarella into 1 cm thick slices, dip in breadcrumbs and put them in the pan with the sauce.
Season with salt and Cook, rigirandole a few times, for a few minutes.

- 8 perini tomatoes
- 4 anchovy fillets
